An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team at Brandbank. Reporting to the Retail Operations Assistant Manager, this entry-level role will assist in day-to-day coordination and management of retail operational activities. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day operations / store admin, assigned project work, process & continuous improvement, creating field communications including weekly trade updates, and managing general communication flow/portals to retail. THE ROLE: Organise and maintain a file management system Compile and complete the weekly trade update for retail stores Continue to update, develop and utilise the Brand Hub pages on SharePoint, ensuring that resources are accessible and the platforms support business needs and strategy. Measure, report and communicate SharePoint engagement levels and present ideas to continue increase this. Complete monthly summaries to retail leaders on new process and or retail learning and development analytics data Manage the Brandbank Retail Operations inbox to support store queries Manage consumable platforms and provide expenditure and usage insights where necessary THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent Minimum 1 years' experience providing administrative support at a high level Demonstrated experience working in retail stores and head office-based environments, ideally. Previous experience in contributing to or coordinating projects Intermediate level of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint & SharePoint Experience with Canva or InDesign will be an advantage Willingness to learn with a process improvement mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 5 days on-site at our St Kida Rd offices.
