Great Culture What you will be doing Your role as a vital support pillar to the legal department will involve engaging in a diverse range of legal tasks. Your duties shall include but not be limited to: Efficiently manage schedules, handling calendar management and appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination. Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, adeptly managing incoming emails and phone calls to facilitate effective communication. Organise and coordinate client meetings and conferences and prepare documentation for meetings Proficiently prepare, review, and proofread legal documents and correspondence as needed Leverage advanced computer skills, including expertise in Word, Outlook, complex formatting, tables, dictation typing, and familiarity with tools such as PEXA and Practice Evolve. Demonstrate a positive team spirit and handling stressful situations calmly You will utilise your strong dictation skills in the role often To be successful… You will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with legal expereince You must have Family Law and Wills and Estates expereince.
