Finance Manager and Research Contract Administrator The Royal Melbourne Hospital Support the day-to-day operations of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Neuroscience Foundation A finance professional with clinical or research experience Full Time with an ADO The Royal Melbourne Hospital Neuroscience Foundation was established in 1992, to raise funds to support all forms of research and clinical activities of the Neurosciences at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. It has expanded to become a world-renowned neuroscience research centre and one of the leading organisations investigating the causes and treatment of brain tumour, epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our RMH Neuroscience Foundation management team. This is a Full Time Fixed Term position, working 80 hours per fortnight, based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Your new role: Working with a small supportive team Involves managing clinical research accounts Preparing quarterly financial reports Preparing and issuing monthly invoices to internal and external parties About you: A good understanding of general accounting / bookkeeping Exceptional oral and written communication Ability to negotiate and problem solve Self-motivated and highly organised with proven ability to multitask Proficient at using MYOB and Microsoft office 365 Benefit of working with the Royal Melbourne Hospital Career progression opportunities to suit your professional development goals.
