We currently have an opportunity for a full time Branch Team Member to assist with our Counter Sales. About the role We offer our team members varietyevery day Our role includes the following tasks: Counter sales Taking phone calls Keeping you work area safe and clean Picking and packing orders Loading deliveries What can you expect? Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch Handle over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes, delivering exceptional Customer Service Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities Embracing the Plumbers Co-op values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member About you As someone with previous customer service and/or warehousing experience, you will possess a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
