About the Position: Manage timesheets in SAP and perform various admin/accounting tasks Accountabilities: Perform all timesheet administration tasks in SAP (temporary close, definitive close, timesheet corrections, utilization monitoring, following up with colleagues who have not entered their timesheet) Reconciliation of Travel / AmEx costs in SAP Review of expense claims, also from an FBT perspective Support more senior members of the Treasury and Statutory & Management Reporting team Required Skills/ Knowledge: Strong excel capabilities SAP knowledge would be beneficial Accuracy and fast processing skills Required Experience: 3 years work experience in a related field Education qualifications preferred: Bachelor of Accounting/Business Administration or similar Hitachi Rail At Hitachi Rail, we know that a diverse business is a sustainable business.
