If so, we have the perfect job for you We are seeking a Trade Counter Sales Representative with a passion for customer service and a can-do attitude to join our team in Campbelltown. You will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available from Plumbers Co-op by: Providing excellent customer service when processing customer orders through phone sales, walk in customers, email orders Carry out Counter Sales in a safe and efficient manner with a focus on upholding work standards and providing excellent customer service Building and developing strong relationships with key customers Quoting potential customers on the products that they are looking to purchase Provide product information and recommendations, stock levels and pricing Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer transactions. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure timely collection of products and services. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a plumbing or wholesale related business. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi task and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Knowledge of plumbing materials or related products would be an asset. Previous Trade Retail Counter-Sales experience - this is essential for this role Comfortable being on the phone speaking with customers and existing clients You will need to be highly motivated to continually exceed our customers' expectations, support company driven initiatives, and become an integral part of our team.
