Fixed term, full-time opportunity available for 12 months. This exciting opportunity would suit someone who is adaptable in prioritising and planning work activity whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with staff and stakeholders. The International Recruitment Administrator is responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operations of the International Recruitment portfolio. The position provides professional administrative support, including communications and meetings, projects and events; triaging and redirecting enquiries; liaising with Admissions and SATAC for application and offer follow up, coordination of team responses and reports; and supporting the priorities of the Director, International Recruitment. To be successful you will need: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; including the ability to provide advice, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a wider team. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work, sometimes under pressure, with competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to communicate and relate effectively with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with competency in data management and shared file management.
