Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Requisition ID:273102 Relocation Authorized:None Telework Type:N/A Work Location:Perth, WA About the Role: In your new role as Senior Electrical Engineer, you will independently perform engineering assignments requiring the application of specialized and/or advanced engineering principles at the conceptual and detailed level. You may be required to participate in the formulation and development of advanced engineering concepts associated with proposal development design or construction. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and interpret Electrical design criteria and specifications for complex systems, processes, structures, and equipment. Serve as a consultant to engineering management, providing advice and counsel on special engineering assignments. Prepare and review project controls, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects, forecasts, and change orders. Coordinate and monitor the work of unique field engineering activities and of specialized outside consultants. What You Bring: A degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, OR specialized courses in relevant general scientific or engineering disciplines to meet job requirements. Work experience in engineering or scientific disciplines, technical knowledge of engineering systems and calculations, application of engineering methods and materials, and application of computers, broad knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and of principles and practices of related technical areas. Knowledge of current industry or regulatory codes and standards and study criteria pertinent to the engineering discipline. Good knowledge of 2-D and 3-D computer-aided design tools.
