Responsibilities encompass initiating the recovery process by verifying insurance status and contact information for relevant parties, overseeing and addressing correspondence, handling payments and receipts, and fulfilling additional duties outlined below: Achieve performance targets including financial outcomes and workload performance Make first contact with third parties to establish insurance status and contact details Receive and action phone calls and emails, and escalate any that are outside of your skills, knowledge or delegation as required Fulfil payments and receipting tasks required to progress recovery activity Manage invoices and payments associated with the recovery team functions Deliver professional service to internal/external customers by identifying and responding to their needs. About you Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with your ability to multitask and solve problems will be key to your success together with: Previous experience in administrative or service role within the Insurance industry (desirable, but not essential) Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and high accuracy Proven organisational and time management skills A positive can-do attitude and a great team player About us As one of the South Australia's largest and most iconic organisations, we're proud to deliver our trusted range of motor, home, and travel services to more than 805,000 members.
