Service Admin Officer opportunity available. As a distinguished provider of workshop equipment, this organisation has specialised in delivering high-end products, workshop fit-out solutions, and excellent customer service for over two decades. Due to continual growth, we are now seeking a Service Administration Officer. Situated in Hemmant, this pivotal role involves assisting the technician team in accurately invoicing and logging completed services. While one-on-one training in our systems and processes will be provided, your coordination skills, customer service acumen, and ability to learn quickly will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective customer communication and planning for the smooth delivery of services, repairs, and installations in a timely manner. Respond to emails and calls from internal and external customers regarding order inquiries, services, breakdowns, and job status. Efficiently coordinate Technician schedules and job scopes. Make travel and accommodation bookings for Technicians when conducting 'Away' work. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required. Handle invoicing and payments for completed service work. Key Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with outstanding time management. Ability to adapt to change and thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated resolution management skills. Previous experience in a Coordinator role is desired but not essential.
