Assist in maintaining a visually captivating store environment through visual merchandising and store organisation. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising our point-of-sale system. Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and actively seeking opportunities to maximize revenue. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment with a focus on providing personalized experiences. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish connections with customers. Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to create a joyful and engaging shopping experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
