Position available Bartender - Quay Bartender- Bennelong The ultimate responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of Bennelong and Quay. The position requires the management of all levels of staff, setting an inspiring and positive culture, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided at all times, effective reporting of all natures, and delivering on the financial budgets and goals of the venue, overseeing the cleaning, and set up/breakdown of the restaurant. This position requires direct liaison with Executive Management and Company Directors, management of all restaurant staff, external stakeholders, and the ability to promote and uphold a professional and fast paced working environment.
