As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a contact centre environment assisting community members in the Gold Coast and Far North Queensland. About you: You are passionate about delivering great customer experience by listening, clarifying and providing up to date and accurate information. You will have experience in providing customer service over the phone in a scripted environment. You will bring a high-level of attention attention to detail including accurate data entry, and a keen ability to pick up new systems and procedures in a timely manner. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong resilience and the ability to manage customers in distressed situations.
