Seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high performing sales team. We are currently seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our client's dynamic and driven team. With a well-established presence across Australia, this organisation has experienced significant growth is now seeking the expertise of a Sales Manager to take the organisation to the next level. With plans to grow by 20% in the new financial year, this position will take full responsibility for the National Sales team and assist in implementing KPI and bonus structures for the team. To be successful in this role, you must have previous business-to-business sales management experience and be passionate about professional development. With a key focus on maintaining company culture, this organisation believes in complete transparency and promotes an environment where continual feedback is welcomed. Reporting directly to the owner, your Key Responsibilities will include: Lead, coach, and manage the sales, customer service, and marketing teams. Interstate travel to ensure processes and company culture are aligned throughout Australia. Participate in strategic planning and present cases to the Executive team. Budget and P/L control. Maintain key relationships with tier-one clients. Take ownership of professionally developing the team and driving sales. Directly manage the NPS score, analyse customer feedback, research issues, and implement changes across the business. Lead the team to identify new sales opportunities and reach KPIs for new business acquisition. Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives. Key Requirements: Previous Sales Management experience and a growth-focused mindset. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams. Previous experience in business development and negotiation. Willingness to challenge the status quo, innovate, and embrace continuous improvement. Strong track record in building and maintaining successful business relationships. Positive leadership style with excellent team management skills. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse and report on commercial performance.
