During these difficult times Sedgwick boosts our CAT workforce to ensure we are caring for our clients at these difficult times. The role: We are seeking interest from resilient, empathetic and motivated people wanting to help the affected people and families in their time of need. You will be responsible for delivering excellent experience to our customers and clients. You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do whilst achieving timely outcomes. The roles available are casual roles that vary from entry level data entry roles through to case management/administration roles. Many of our CAT casual employees have transitioned into more permanent roles within the Sedgwick business using their CAT experience as the starting point of a career in the insurance industry. About you: Self-motivated, driven and customer-centric. Caring, empathetic and resilient Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and organisational skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Data entry and outbound call experience Hours and shifts are flexible and will suit different working patterns such as school or university hours, weekend work or returning parents to workforce. Sedgwick supports hybrid working. Prior to commencing you will be fully trained in our systems and processes and ready to go when work commences.
