No previous experience required Due to continual growth, we are seeking a highly driven and positive individual to join this well-established Sales team as an Estimator. Working in a fast-paced and highly enjoyable office environment, you will be working with a highly experienced team and be provided with in-depth product and system training. With no previous estimation experience required, we are seeking someone who is highly personable, practical, and enjoys building relationships. Based in a state-of-the-art facility in the industrial Bayswater area, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in working with each client to design and quote large commercial projects across Australia. Key Responsibilities: Provide quotes and estimations on a diverse range of products. Preparation of tenders. Follow up on quotes and inquiries. Negotiations and sign-offs of contracts. Preparation and handover of job packs to the project team. Key Requirements: No estimation experience required, but previous trade experience would be highly advantageous. Computer literacy (CRM and Microsoft Excel). Confidence in telephone and email communications. Excellent attention to detail. Outstanding time management skills. Organisational and record-keeping skills. Ability to deliver to deadlines. Ideally have experience with commercial and/or industrial projects.
