The Role: As a seasoned Legal Secretary| legal assistant or paralegal , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Associates in estate administration, estate planning, and estate litigation matters. Your responsibilities will encompass: Diary Management and Client Liaison: Efficiently manage schedules and communicate with clients. Client facing role and plenty of autonomy. Document Preparation: Draft wills, applications for probate, court documentation, estate litigation and titles forms. File Management: Open and close files, ensuring meticulous organisation and compliance. Billing: Handle monthly billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. General Legal assistant tasks: Undertake various legal support duties as required. You: To suceed in this role, you should possess: Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience either as a paralegal or Legal assistant with at least 2 years specialising in Wills & Estates.
