What your exciting days will look like: Managing data acquisition for the onboarding of multiple locations within the SalesForce CRM. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Account Managers, L&D, Sales, Analytics) to create sophisticated SOPs for process improvement and optimization. Assisting Sales Representatives in contract distribution (DocuSign) and pipeline management. Utilising BI Tools (Tableau & Thoughtspot) to craft polished slide decks within Google Suite for Sales Representatives, highlighting GPC, GMV, consumer demographics, and more What you'll bring to the team: Understanding of Sales Operations to effectively anticipate needs and streamline processes. Experience creating SOPs for training new users in collaboration with the L&D team Proficiency in Excel & G Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets) Expertise within Salesforce for Data Integrity & analysis Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Thoughtspot or similar Posses a high attention to detail & proactiveness Flexible hybrid work supported - 3 Days per week from home.
