Our client is currently seeking an experienced Container Unloaders & Forklift Operators available for an immediate start working for a high-profile Transport and Logistics client based in Kewdale & Forrestfield. Kewdale & Forrestfield location Day Shift - 6am to 2pm $37.82 / $38.91 per hour plus penalty rates & superannuation Flexibility to work some shorter / longer shifts is critical. Workloads can vary on occasion MUST be available to work across a Monday to Friday roster MUST be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test MUST be able to obtain a National Police Clearance MUST have own reliable car and valid Driver's Licence MUST have a functional smart phone for apps / rostering communications MUST be physically fit and reliable To be successful in this opportunity: Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment RF scanning, SAP and Forklift experience highly desirable but not essential. Forklift Operators must have minimum 1 year experience loading / unloading containers Forklift Operators must be willing to manual load and unload containers on occasion Ability to undertake repetitive heavy lifting e.g 15kg to 20kg on occasion Ability to stack, wrap, label and stage pallets efficiently Ability to demonstrate a high level of safety awareness and manual handling techniques High level attention to detail Computer-literate and tech-savvy working with new systems / apps Accurate data entry, paperwork and record keeping Good team player and ability to work well with others Be responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking Be well presented with strong communication skills Self motivated Have two contactable references Own car and Drivers Licence If you're confident and wanting to work with one of Australia's most well known brands, please submit your application NOW As part of our application process you will be invited to chat with Nate around some screening questions for this role.
