Apply today Our Client Our client is a well established, luxury fashion retailer based in Alexandria (with WFH) with a growing presence across Australia. This is a unique standalone position managing a 450 payroll on a fortnightly basis. Unlike most standalone positions, you'll have an excellent backup (as the HR Manager used to work within the payroll function here). This also means an excellent training and onboarding process. The role is mainly BAU and would offer a high degree of work life balance as a result. The role Duties include: Process end-to-end Fortnightly payroll for up to 400 staff Maintaining employee data Processing on boarding & terminations Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs) Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements Interpret of EBA and Modern Award Ad-hoc involvement with the system implementation Arrange new starters About you 2 years of end to end Payroll experience. Happy to consider candidates with as much as 20 years of experience too Experience working within the retail sector is desired but non essential Excellent communication, both written and verbal - must love to engage and work closely in a team environment Able to commute to Alexandria (not far from Green Square station).
