What's the role? As a Client Services Executive, your primary objective is to support the sales teams deliver revenue for News Corp Australia by providing exceptional customer service and an advocate for the client ensuring they receive exceptional customer service regardless of the products, services or enquiry they have. Working as part of a broader Customer Service Team, you will engage and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business units, establishing influence and promoting collaboration to deliver successful client campaigns. Providing education and support around our Print and Digital product suite, being invested in continuous improvement and keeping our customers t front of mind in all initiatives is a critical part of this role, as you support the Head of Customer Service to achieve our SLA's and promote ongoing workflow and system improvements. Assist the sales team in delivering revenue by supporting with sales admin to maximise the focus on revenue generation (i.e. proposals, basic client queries, research, campaign set-up, retention activities, campaign analysis) Providing advice and support to our internal stakeholders on using our advertising systems, and complete accurate data entry for our advertising bookings when required Proactively identify and troubleshoot problems to minimise revenue impacts and ensure campaign set-up is completed effectively Escalate any concerns with meeting deliverables, and monitor workflow queues to ensure service level agreements are met Ensure consistent and professional customer service is delivered at all times (internal and external) Proactively work with sales teams to identify initiatives which maintain and increase sales revenue/market share Take ownership of any customer relationships post-sale when required ensuring we are providing regular feedback to customers on the performance of their campaign.
