We are currently seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our Spa team in the role of Spa Receptionist. As a member of Azure Spa, you’ll play an integral part in delivering the ultimate Spa experience to our local, interstate and international guests that come through our award-winning hotel. Located within the luxurious Star Grand Hotel, Azure Spa offers guests the ultimate Spa experience. Using the BABOR professional skincare range & Globally Awarded Retreatment Botanics, Azure offers a vast array of indulgent treatments and has a strong focus on providing the ultimate guest experience. What will my day look like? Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiries Maximise Spa bookings, upselling, rebooking where possible Treatment check-in/check-out of guests Respond to all incoming calls and email enquiries Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes are promptly updated in our Spa Software system What are we looking for?
