Benefits Flexible work from home and in the office/on-site once a week 9-day fortnight working arrangements Working closely with Senior Management and Operations with an open, supportive and transparent culture Up to $177,000 Package Key responsibilities: Strategically manage NSW workers compensation litigated matters driving resulting in claim closures, timely responses and financials. Provide account management and monitor the performance of the national legal panel providers and escalate service issues to the Performance and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with SLAs. Liaise with panel solicitors and external stakeholders to drive claims outcomes. Attend the Personal Injury Commission acting on behalf of the insurer. About you: Experience as a Legal Specialist, Legal Manager or Personal Injury Lawyer/Solicitor with NSW Workers Compensation claims experience. A confident and technical understanding of NSW Workers Compensation Legislation to guide internal operations Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills required whilst able to attend the Personal Injury Commission in person. Tertiary education in Law is desired although those nearing completion of studies with practical experience will be considered.
