G.James Aluminium Products designs, manufactures, finishes, fabricates and sells a wide range of aluminium extruded profiles to Australian and export markets from our state of the art Manufacturing Facility located in Eagle Farm. Based at Eagle Farm, G. James Aluminium Products Division is seeking a Die/Industrial Designer to support a wide range of designs and production drawings (including state of the art tool room, with an emphasis on aluminium extrusion presses). Ensuring design requirements and manufacturing processes align whilst working within relevant Australian Standards. About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, knowledge, and attributes: Experience in an extrusion or casting environment (highly desirable) Experience in a related industrial, manufacturing or construction industry Experience with AutoCAD Advanced modelling skills in SolidWorks Experience in flow analysis (highly desirable) Exceptional work ethic, with a demonstrated history of maintaining the highest standard of integrity. Adaptable, flexible, and level-headed when confronted with a range of complexities.
