The Position Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your duties will include: Cultivate and manage a large pipeline of potential customers daily Provide tailored solutions and expert advice to customer enquiries promptly Organise and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Utilise the CRM system to track customer interactions and optimise sales activities Identify and implement strategies to exceed established sales targets Meet and exceed sales targets within specified timeframes and in accordance with KPIs Research, prospect, and network opportunities for new business development Demonstrate and present products and services to potential customers Organise, coordinate, and participate in trade shows, seminars, and events Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers The Candidate The successful applicant must have sales experience in a similar industry or field, and demonstrate the following qualities: Proven ability to convert warm leads into successful contracts through strong sales performance Effective communication skills for influencing and negotiating with potential customers Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities A strong sense of autonomy and flexibility combined with initiative Ambitious and proactive, dedicated to contributing to business strategies and success If you are interested in joining an organisation that promotes an inclusive culture and values individual performance, please submit your application.
