About the role: Andrews Meat is seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a full time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our meat processing site, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail. Step into a role where you would become the expert in directing calls and responding to guest enquiries, as well as supporting the Commercial department. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Receive, greet and sign in all visitors in a friendly and warm manner Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items Customer Service and Sales support tasks including answering overflow of calls, placing customer orders, third party invoicing, updating price files, scanning and printing as required Assisting the sales reps as needed Managing communication of staff movement and company directory updates Assisting the Head of Commercial with administration Meeting room setup and tidying and organising catering for team lunches and visitors - daily checks and tidy ups, getting coffee machine ready, managing restocking of supplies Dish washer / kitchenette tidy up Replenishment of coffee, tea and supplies for shared areas About you: You have a natural welcoming demeanour Friendly personality Great phone etiquette Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill Excellent attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Ability to take other's perspectives into consideration Benefits include (but not limited to): Discounted meat orders for staff Retail discounts with national partners Onsite Physiotherapist Employee Assistance Program (Counselling) Health insurance discounts on Bupa Health and Medibank Private.
