CBD offices with WFH Oversee Property Accountant and outsourced agency $120,000-130,000 super bonus The Opportunity This long-established, diversified Australian property, construction & asset management group is seeking an astute property accounting professional to join it's CBD-based team Reporting into the FC this role efficiently and effectively manage the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for Australian static property and development property entities, including management and financial reporting, stat reporting and tax This will be a highly business-facing role including commentary and analysis to leadership (GM of Asset Management, CFO, CEO) to support oversight of performance and decision-making.
