Role Overview As a Construction Manager, you will lead the effective transition from tendering to project delivery in the NSW region. This hands-on role involves planning, resource allocation, issue resolution, and fostering a positive team culture. You'll manage and mentor the engineering and operations team, ensuring performance excellence. Qualifications University degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Demonstrated management experience in a similar role Understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of projects and construction management Full working rights for Australia and a Construction White Card Management/Project Management qualifications are desirable Willingness to travel to project sites in Sydney, Newcastle, and surrounding areas Salary Competitive salary package.
