The role: As a Transport Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operations through general administration duties, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and efficient communication with clients. The role involves day shift hours from Monday to Friday (10 am to 6 pm) and is based at our Derrimut location. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as following up on proof of delivery, checking orders, updating the status of freight, and conducting data entry. Additionally, communication with clients via email is a crucial aspect of this role. Responsibilities: Operations support with a focus on general administration tasks. Follow up on proof of delivery and maintain accurate records. Check orders and update the status of freight in a timely manner. Conduct data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Communicate effectively with clients via email. Successful candidate will possess the following: Previous experience in a similar Transport Administrator role is essential. Intermediate Excel skills. Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including National Police check and drug and alcohol testing. Availability to start immediately.
