EAP services for you and/or your family Adventure (Annual) Leave - purchased leave available for those extra special trips TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, reliable, meticulous, tech savvy customer service administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the practice manager, you will assist in the everyday client and staff facing phone/email interactions and scheduling processes. The key priorities of this position are: Staff and client communication Client ongoing appointment routing and scheduling Customer service You will be highly motivated, efficient, autonomous and ideally have experienced working with people who have NDIS funding or in the health industry. We are looking for someone who is a total out of the box thinker, problem solver, willing to learn, is tech savvy, has high attention to detail and takes ownership. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Ideally experience in NDIS or health care. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Extremely high attention to detail Working knowledge of practice management software highly beneficial 2 years experience in administration Able to work productively within a team environment and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people whilst remaining professional and polite Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Google suite/google drive skills Excellent time management Energetic, flexible and independent worker Understanding and respect for cultural diversity and differing abilities Exceptional communication skills demonstrated by professional, confident and effective communication with clients, referrers and team members.
