About the role This is where you come in and help us create a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. We are looking for a guest-centric Security Officer on a casual basis. This role will report directly to the Security & Surveillance Shift Manager and is responsible for keeping our property, employees, and guests safe. You will be flexible to work across a 24-hour roster and are expected to have availability on Friday and Saturday nights as well as public holidays. Duties Your duties will include but not be limited to: ID checks, Monitor RSA Act in the role of Deputy Warden in the event of a fire and/ or emergency evacuation, Assist guests and staff members across different departments, Provision of first aid to guests and staff members, Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and Build positive relationships and deliver on our Moments of Truth to our stakeholders. Skills & Experience To be successful, you will need to possess: 2 years of Security experience in a Hospitality venue, Crowd Control, Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, and Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
