Sales/Customer Service Consultant Multidrive Technology is a 100% Australian owned company located in Geelong, Victoria. For more than 25 years MDT has provided complete in-house design, manufacture and assembly of specialised vehicles and off-road accessories for commercial fleet, domestic retail, and export markets. From 6x6 conversions, chassis extensions and GVM Upgrades, we also design and build steel and aluminium trays. With current expansion and future growth Multidrive Technology is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales/Customer Service Consultant to join their team. Although not essential, this role will be perfectly suited to someone who has previous experience in or a genuine passion for the 4x4 industry and the outdoors. Applicants who have a basic understanding of social media practices would also be encouraged to apply. The Sales/Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following daily tasks: Serving as primary point of contact for all incoming retail and trade sales enquiries. Preparing quote estimates for retail, Trade and Motor vehicle dealers. Producing orders and monitoring / communicating builds through to vehicle completion. Manage inhouse counter sales, manage external stakeholder/ customer relations. Monitor and manage an ever-growing social media Suite including posts/marketing along with general sales / product enquires. Support and provide input to annual sales/marketing plans/schedules. Attendance to 4x4 / Trade shows, open days, and Club events. To be successful in this role we are seeking applicants with the following skills, experience and attributes; Knowledge of the 4x4 / Offroad leisure industry. Broad knowledge of mechanical practices Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and dedication to personal and professional growth. Experience or a passion for marketing / social media management. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
