About the teamOur Store Development team is constantly challenging the possibilities of retail design. It's not only an exciting environment to work in, but also a rewarding one too. About the roleAs a Renewal Design Manager, you will be accountable for the approval, design and delivery of our Renewal and Resize projects. You will co-ordinate, engage, partner with, and influence a varied number of stakeholders across multiple projects. You will also:• Design and develop the business case for renewal projects, ensuring stores are designed to the latest Coles standard. • Provide architectural and technical advice that relates to concept and project plans.• Partner with Project Managers to ensure all renewal stores are completed to the signed off agreed plan• Manage the business case development for key approval meetings, working with all state teams to ensure quality of presentations and accuracy of proposals• Interpret and understand key financial metrics to influence decisions About you and your skillsIn this role you will need to have highly developed communication and influencing skills to partner closely with internal and external stakeholders.
