Your role at St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital To provide administrative services and support to the Learning & Development Department. The Position Provide administrative support to Learning and Development caregivers. Provide general administration support for the department including use of generic office equipment such as photocopying, faxing, maintaining Stationary and hospitality supplies, and maintaining filing systems. Manage communications including telephone, mail and emails. Prepare Draft responses on request as required. Coordinate meetings for department caregivers as required. Provide secretarial support to department meetings and ensure typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos is completed in an Accurate and timely manner. Ensure training data and evaluations are reported and maintained in a Timely and accurate manner. Ensure regular reports are produced as required and one off reports as Negotiated. You will have previous experience in administrative assistant roles, advanced word processing skills with experience in and knowledge of a range of MS Office packages and data reporting systems and the ability to work independently and prioritise workload to achieve effective and efficient administrative services To succeed you will possess excellent office system organisation skills, well-developed written and verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, and have the ability to work within and contribute to a cohesive team environment Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values. We can offer you Salary: $64,355 to $69,469 (pro rata for part time), plus 11% superannuation A fixed term part time position, working 30 hours a fortnight for 3 months.
