The Role Our newly created role for a Commercial Administrator will be assisting our Corporate Services Team, based in our Subiaco Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day to day support across Fleet, Property, Commercial Services and Insurance. You will be involved in data capture and analytics, development and facilitation of training, preparation of documentation for review and approval and supporting the continued development of governance functions to improve SRG Global's operations. Casual role with the potential to become full-time. Some Ad hoc travel may be required. Key Responsibilities: Administration support and promotion of the company's Fleet Management Systems (FMS). Administer the Fleet Management & Insurance email accounts. Monitoring Fleet Management email account. Engage with internal stakeholders to monitor ongoing fleet asset compliance in accordance with state and territory laws and regulations. Assist in the administration of fleet leases or rentals. Maintain accurate records of fleet service history. Procurement, distribution and administration of telematic fleet tracking devices and fleet fuel cards. Collation, formatting and distributing of data for reporting, including Fleet Reports. Work with internal stakeholders to process fines and penalties received. Compliance audits on fleet maintenance and scheduling, including liaising with fleet asset owners to schedule routine maintenance. Participation in the development and facilitation of training. Provide feedback and input into process improvements relating to the Company's fleet of vehicles. Providing assistance to Commercial Managers in responding to and managing disputes. Supporting the development and implementation of the annual insurance programs including collection, review and presentation of data to facilitate periodical insurance policy renewals. Collation of information, lodgement and administration of insurable and non-insurable claim events including liaising with external stakeholders. Responding to daily administrative actions including requests for certificates of currency, updates to the internal document management system. Development of and participation in training and education sessions. Maintenance of the SRG Global property register (including site based actions and lease expirations). Coordination of site specific maintenance requirements (including mechanical, electrical, fire safety equipment and general property condition). Lease Administration including reviews of annual adjustments for property outgoing, periodical rent reviews and reconciliations, obtaining and issuance of bank guarantees. The successful applicant will ideally have: Experience in a similar role (preferred). Strong computer software skills including MS Office and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor approach based on the audience. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise time. Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge (desirable). Australian Drivers License (C Class or equivalent) is required. About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
