We are looking for an Oracle Retail Consultant who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle Retail solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Retail applications, a proven track record of successful implementations, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Retail Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Retail solutions, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and meeting business requirements. System Maintenance and Support: Manage the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Oracle Retail applications, ensuring system reliability and performance. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of Oracle Retail professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and align Oracle Retail solutions accordingly. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle Retail applications, processes, and workflows, staying abreast of industry best practices. Vendor Management: Coordinate with Oracle and other relevant vendors to stay informed about updates, patches, and new features, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and secure. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Oracle Retail consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail applications, including but not limited to Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain modules. Strong project management skills with a successful track record of delivering Oracle Retail implementations on time and within budget. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team of professionals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
