Your new role We have a fantastic opportunity available for a retail superstar to work as the Retail Manager in the charming heritage town of Yass. In this role, you will have the opportunity to continue to grow our shop, which has experienced great success and plays a critical role in the community. Working in a small team, you will ensure our customers receive an exceptional retail & community engagement experience as well as have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from other experienced retail managers across our network. Please note this is a full-time role working Tuesday to Saturday. You will be a people person who has a real connection with the local community, be adaptive and quick on your feet with a high level of determination and commitment to the success of the shop. Your ability to get on with people and manage all aspects of operations will be the key to your success. Additionally, you will have a flair for retail merchandising along with a knowledge of clothing brands.
