About the role We are currently looking to fill a Production Print Field Service Engineer position to join our Queensland branch to provide service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W Production Print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions. As a member of the Queensland Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager. Previous experience with Commercial Printing and Production Print equipment, although desirable, is not essential for the right candidate looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities. Please note however experience as an Office Print Technician is a mandatory minimum requirement for the role. Requirements To be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following: Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role. A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development. Applicants must possess a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond Essential requirements for this role: Demonstrated experience a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding Experience as an Office Print Technician as a minimum. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Current and valid Australian Driver’s License Hold valid working rights in Australia As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
