CELOTTI WORKFORCE has a new permanent full-time opportunity for a Site Engineer to join a well-established QLD-owned Resource provider for projects across civil engineering, asset management, waste management and regional natural disaster and recovery projects across QLD. This organisation will value your ability to collaborate and communicate with the entire workforce, having a leadership team who stand by their employees not above them. About the Role: As Site Engineer your work will consist of earthworks, service relocation and pavements while dealing with live traffic and community relations. To be successful you must have 1 - 2 years’ experience of delivering TMR Roads projects with a civil contractor in similar conditions. While reporting directly into the Project Engineer, providing progress, financial and forecast reports across your area. Projects will mainly be flood remediation, which will be sites from Cunnamulla QLD to Moree NSW. This will be a DIDO to site role Monday – Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to gain commercial experience delivering complete projects on time and under budget, while being mentored by senior management. Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 – 3 years post graduate experience Experience delivering medium sized civil projects in Australia. Experience with Contractual negotiations, Quality Assurance Project Engineer training Thorough understanding of Environment and Safety regulations and impacts Ability to effectively liaise with Foremen, site staff and sub-contractors.
