Support a collaborative and high achieving organisation in this layered role. This role offers a full-time salary equivalent of up to $65K Super prorated to reflect a 24-hour working week. This role will see you working either 3 full days in the office or 5 short days following a hybrid working model. Role Overview As the Administration Assistant, you will be report to the CFO. You will be responsible for the administrative support of a cooperative, fun, and high-achieving business. A typical day will see you supporting the HR function with relevant administrative tasks such as completing email processes, answering HR related queries and preparing HR documents. Your exceptional administration skills, proactive work ethic and keen eye for detail will see you excel greatly in this role and build long term relationships. Responsibilities Support the HR function with relevant administrative tasks such as completing emails and processes for employee reviews. Support the CFO and COO with administrative support as required. Answer employees' queries regarding HR-related issues. Support with the preparation of HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides. Complete onboarding processes through Xero. Provide relevant template letters. Organise and maintain personnel records. Complete general administrative tasks such as filing and scanning. Candidate Profile As the Administration Assistant, you will demonstrate high levels of reliability and integrity. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in an administrative position or within the HR industry. You have impeccable communication skills, and your work is of the highest standard. You are a team player with a "can do" attitude who enjoys working in a layered environment ensuring deliverables are met. You are a natural team player who thrives working in a busy environment.
