Role Details: Reporting to Coordinator : Information Systems you will assist the business in managing controlled items (documents/drawings) using established controls, practices and applications and systems managed by the Information Group. This role is offered on a 9 day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office on a permanent basis. Benefits include: Private Health Insurance Allowance Quarterly Bonus Scheme Flexible work arrangements on offer Increased leave entitlements for annual leave, paid primary and secondary parental leave Long service leave pro rata after 5 years of continuous service About the role: Demonstrate full compliance with Information Management Systems processes, standards, training tools and templates to manage and monitor controlled documents and drawings Support the business' controlled items compliance obligations and requirements by using, promoting, and assisting clients to use the regionalised Controlled Documents and Drawing system Provide controlled documents and drawings management services and support Coach and train clients on controlled items data management processes using information management best practices Ensure controlled physical items management processing complies with record keeping practices Assist with the maintenance of the controlled items templates Support with controlled items management applications and systems improvements About you: Diploma level qualification in Record Management would be highly desirable Experience in Records Management and Library Studies Proven experience as document controller for Projects Advanced use of business applications and systems Applications can be submitted via: https://careers.goldfields.com/Australia Gold Fields is committed to achieving an inclusive workforce.
