About the Role: The FIS Australasia Technology team is seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic and fast-growing Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be involved in deploying and maintaining new technology stacks, managing server infrastructure, networks, and cloud connectivity to meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, implement, and maintain systems Work on large and complex systems, requiring skills in multiple technical environments Monitor system usage and optimize performance Provide technical analysis, problem resolution, and propose solutions Visit data centers for maintenance and resolution of storage issues Implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance Maintain stable and secure systems environment Manage SSL/TLS Certificates Assist in deployment of releases Participate in on-call rotation to handle escalations Required Skills: Previous hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux / System Administration and data center operations (Dell server terminologies) Experience with VMware virtualization, Nutanix HCI, NetApp, and other storage technologies Sound knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), Networking (CISCO 9000 series switches), Microsoft Windows server, and Ansible/PowerShell automation Management of SSL/TLS Certificates and experience with public key infrastructure (PKI) Scripting skills (Perl/Bourne) Knowledge of TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, and technical writing IT security conceptual knowledge and experience with remediating vulnerabilities Effective analytical, problem-solving, and maintenance skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Bonus Skills: Experience with Splunk administration, monitoring, and backup tools (Nagios, Veritas, Rubrik, etc.) What We Offer: Work from home arrangement and a flexible, supportive team environment Great benefits including medical and personal insurances and employee share scheme An opportunity to work with leading technology and contribute to the Fintech industry How to Apply: If you are interested in this position, please complete the application form below.
