We have an exciting internal opportunity for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Infrastructure team As Administration Assistant (Infrastructure), you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization. You will work closely with various teams, providing support in areas such as purchasing, document control, and stakeholder engagement. Some of your key responsibilities will include to: Manage the Purchasing and Facilities inbox, ensuring prompt responses and delegating emails to the relevant members of the Infrastructure team Handle purchasing invoices, including coding, approvals, and submission for payment Order and distribute corporate stationery, purchase orders, and other essential items Manage document control requirements for policies, procedures and other procurement-related documents Assist the Projects Team as required, supporting them in their day-to-day activities Risk management and workplace health and safety are also important aspects of this role. You will evaluate potential risks, identify, and resolve existing risks, and ensure adherence to WHS protocols and procedures. To view a copy of the full Position Description, click here. Qualifications To excel in this position, you will have experience in administration and possess the ability to engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders. Your practical problem-solving and decision-making skills will be highly valued, as will your positive, proactive, and service-oriented approach to project delivery.
