Key role in the Marine Sustainement Engineering Team Perth Based with options for condensed working hours to suit you Asset optimisation and Life cycle cost analysis About the role Analytical and focussed on process improvement, The Lead Asset Lifecycle Engineer is responsible for leading the delivery of optimized outcomes for the ANZAC Class Platform Systems through life; balancing cost and performance. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, Marine Sustainment the role will lead a small team of junior and graduate Engineers and focus on a balanced assessment of cost, risk and performance to drive long term optimisation in maintaining asset capability. About you As a qualified engineering professional, you will form a vital part of the growing Engineering team. With an exciting opportunity to mentor the next generation of junior engineers this role will play a key part in your career growth development. Having a combined 4 years of experience within an engineering or technical maintenance environment and previous experience in the application of logistic support analysis you will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive outlook and work ethic to deliver your results. It would be desirable for you to have leadership and PLM experience within a Defence industry position.
