Sourcing for a full-time permanent Sales Support Officer, working a 38 Hour week Monday - Friday Reporting to the operations Manager, your role will involve: Day to day logistics coordination of numerous customer contracts, including managing delivery and collection activities to contract KPIs Implement measures and procedures to drive service performance and continuous improvement Communication and escalation of all freight-related issues from point of origin Preparing shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other relevant forms required for international deliveries.
