The Project ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel - Stage 2, Sydney's third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney. Project scope includes: Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway In line with the above, ACCIONA are now looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Commercial Team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager at our main office in North Sydney or on sites based with the North Sydney area once the project develops, this role will be required to… Specific Tasks Include Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure the company's interests are protected. Manage a team of contracts administrators, providing guidance and support on complex contract issues. Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure contracts are executed effectively. Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations. Identify and mitigate contractual risks and issues. Required Skills and Competencies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field 7 years of experience in contracts administration in large-scale infrastructure projects Experience managing a team of contracts administrators. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks. Knowledge of contract law and legal requirements. Quantity surveying background highly regarded.
