Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Full-time 12- month contract based at Adelaide Airport Join a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture Your new opportunity Due to the growth in RAA's Solar Battery services, we have an exciting new position available This role will involve you selling from the range of RAA Solar & Battery Storage packages to residential customers and nurturing after sales opportunities together with: Provide exceptional service to Members and internal/external customers by exploring and responding to Member needs. Switch and up-sell to relevant solar packages in line with Members energy needs using consultive selling approach. Aid retention of business by providing effective complaint resolution across management, suppliers and members. Adhere to phone and computer systems processes to provide a consistent quality experience to Members Maintain a sound working knowledge of product and service range provided by the company. About you You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference. For this role, we're also looking for: Experience within the solar industry is required. Understanding of consultive selling principles and experience with commission selling. An accomplished and accountable sales professional. Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail. Proven ability to achieve targets. High level of skills in using Microsoft Office.
