Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:- Preparing accurate construction files for suppliers and external contractors Completing accurate and timely budgets for all building contracts Accurately costing siteworks and footings for construction footing reports Ensuring processes, systems and checks are in place to provide budget accuracy Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors Responding to internal and external queries within required time-frames Ensuring files are of a high standard and compliant with criteria set by the company The upkeep and entry of all relevant client information and communication A bright and energetic self starter, you will have the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment. Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes:- Outcome focused and target driven A high level of numeracy and attention for detail Highly developed verbal communication skills Problem-solving and negotiation skill The ability to remain calm under pressure Have excellent organisational and time management skills A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square The ability to work autonomously and in a team Proficient experience with Microsoft suite products Within this fast-paced business, no two days are ever the same; your positive attitude, strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly regarded.
