As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in making it easy to do business with Laminex. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll handle product orders, track deliveries, address technical queries, and manage credits via phone, email, and webchat. Effective Communication: Clearly communicate key information to internal teams. Performance-Driven: Strive to achieve key contact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and uphold high customer satisfaction standards. Customer-Centric Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset, understanding and addressing customer needs with a solution-oriented approach. Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
