A great opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Platform team at Domain. You'll lead and align customer-focused Engineering teams within Enterprise Platforms, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing product and technology roadmaps, serving as an escalation point for critical production issues, and keeping stakeholders informed. Additionally, you'll contribute to Domain Group's technology strategy, champion resilient and scalable designs, and promote a security-first culture within the teams. Who are you? The ideal candidate will: Partner with Product Managers on strategy and vision; actively contributing to the planning and prioritisation of backlogs and roadmaps Ensure products and services function as expected Coordinate multiple streams of work across scrum teams delivering key projects to support or transform the business Implement efficient processes to accelerate software development and improve quality Proactively identify, document, communicate and remediate known risks and issues Be a leader of leaders, you will role model people leadership including development, engagement, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, mentoring and coaching You have: Experience building, developing and leading high-performing software development teams Led a team of software engineers to ship product features and fixes to production. experience working with various technical and non-technical teams, across different areas and departments. Technical Knowledge & Experience Experience with contemporary software engineering, and architectural practices in highly scalable, cloud-based environments. Mindset Comfortable working in complex problem domains. Demonstrates creativity, pragmatism and resourcefulness when confronted with constraints. Acts as a multiplier to focus and amplify people and teams. Communication Speaks and writes clearly. Engages and connects with empathy. Able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Education/Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience desirable Project management certification desirable AWS/Salesforce certification are a plus Why join us?
